You are renting out the Wichita Falls Youth Ballet Studios.

Up to 12-16 Children and no more than 30 Parents/Children total in the facility:

See Price Packages Below (a $50.00 non-refundable, non-transferable Deposit Required when booking birthday and Remaining Balance is Paid day of your party)

A rental agreement will be emailed to you and must be signed and returned within 5 business days of booking.

We will provide chairs and tables. 

There are one additional table provided for food and presents.

We do not have a standard refrigerator/freezer for use, so no ice cream cakes.

On the day of the party, the teacher will arrive at least 20 minutes before, so you may come in early, and we can help with your setup.

No food, drinks or outside shoes are allowed on the studio floor.

The first 40 min. is a dance class of the style you have chosen. 

The last 50 min. is for your refreshments, then opening presents.

At the end of the party, while you are handing out party favors and saying goodbye to your guest, we will take care of all the clean up!

You will be responsible for the cake/cupcakes, gift bags for guests, and any special decorations. We ask there be no confetti.

Dates may vary and Birthday parties can only be booked on Friday nights 4:30-6:00 or Saturday’s 4:00-5:30
